Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging, including the invoice and all accessories like spare buttons or pocket squares.
Ship Securely
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master tailors inspect the garment for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
